This class is slow, gentle, trauma-sensitive, and appropriate for first-timers. It is intended to give an opportunity for mindful self-care to anyone who may need it: social workers, activists, teachers, librarians, nonprofit folks. All are welcome.

  • Please BYOM (bring your own mat)
  • Class is free, with donations accepted
